LODGING POLICIES
Aqua Marina Beach Club is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. Please see below a list of important general policies:
Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel their reservation up to 14 days before their scheduled arrival date without penalty. Guests should notify the property via email or phone. Cancellations made within 14 Days of the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a charge equivalent to one night’s room rate plus tax. No-shows will also be charged for one night’s room rate plus tax. For stays during peak periods or special events, a longer cancellation period may apply and will be specified at the time of booking. Guests are advised to review their reservation confirmation for the full cancellation policy and applicable terms and conditions.
All rooms are subject to a 9% Puerto Rico room tax. Rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guests are $50 per person per day.
Minimum 2-night stay requirements apply.
Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. and closes at 8:00 p.m. If you are arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
Check-out is by 11:00 a.m.
We do not add extra charges for housekeeping, resort fees, or electricity use. We do ask you to rinse off all sand before entering the rooms. Stains on the linens, towels, and robes. Excessive cleaning on refrigerators or other normal cleaning may result in a cleaning fee.
Rates/policies are subject to change at any time. Any and all changes will be noted upon final inquiry and will not be adjusted after confirmation.

- AMBC is an adult-only resort. No Children under the age of 18 are permitted except for private events that book entire property.
- No bottles or glass in the pool area.
- A wristband must be worn to use the hotel facilities.
- Hotels, restaurants, and bars are different companies. All food and beverage tabs must be closed every day; we can not do room charges.
- No smoking or vaping around or inside the property except in designated smoking areas.
- No pets are allowed anywhere on the property. The owner is severly allergic and protectd by the ADA.
- Outside food or drinks are not allowed in pool or restaurant areas.
- No parties or get get togethers on common areas unless priviously agreed and booked by AMBC.
- Speakers are not permitted. AMBC controls the music in the facility.
- Coolers are not permitted on the property or inside the rooms.
- No Visitors in the pool. We have day passes that your family or friends not staying at the hotel can purchase. If we find extra guests in your room an automatic charge will go on your credit card. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation in the event you have unauthorized people in the room.
- Facilities are for the enjoyment of all guests, please be considerate of others.
- AMBC will not accept foul language or profanity
- AMBC will not tolerate yelling, fighting, or arguing
- Rudeness to staff or guests is not acceptable. We reserve the rights to cancel your reservation without a refund if this rule is broken.
